Our app for all CNCE members...
... is making our club administration more efficient. Twizzit is a great online tool for clubs who depend primarily on volunteer work. It makes the club's organisation, coordination and communication with members much easier.
What's in it for you? As a member, you can book and pay online via Twizzit, apply for/renew your membership, update your personal details and communicate with other club members using the Twizzit messaging function.

1) CNCE & Twizzit - how to get started
You can use Twizzit on any device: PC, smartphone, etc. If you want to try Twizzit out on your PC, please go directly to the section "How to connect". If you prefer to use Twizzit on your smartphone, please install the app first, then continue with "How to connect". Or try both options!
Please note that some corporate networks tend to block certain websites for security reasons. Should you encounter any issues in accessing the Twizzit pages and/or forms, try switching from your work laptop/device to your private device!

How to connect 
  • Go to the Twizzit login page.
  • Click on Register here.
  • Enter 'CNCE' in the search field 'Enter the name of your Club'.
  • Select CNCE.
  • Fill in the fields (email, first name, last name). Please enter the email address you will usually use for CNCE matters.
  • You should get the message 'We think we might have found you'.
  • Click on your name.
  • You will receive an email inviting you to create your Twizzit username and password.

2) CNCE & Twizzit - Twizzit explained
Twizzit has many features. Here's a very short explanation of some of them:
 
 
The Twizzit home page explained
This is your Twizzit welcome screen where you will find the latest CNCE news.
 
The menu:
  • "Offer"
    The second tab at the top of your home page, named 'Offer', will display all forms (e.g. 'Contact us' or any other CNCE booking form) that are available to you.
  • The agenda icon
    Click on the second icon at the bottom of your home screen (or, if accessing Twizzit from a Browser, on "Planning". The CNCE calendar will be displayed. In the calendar: when clicking on an event / a date, you will find the description of the event under "Info". Under "Subscribe", you can register for the activity. You can also access the subscription form directly from the calendar by clicking on "Go to form".
  • Messages
    The balloon icon next to the agenda icon will take you to the Twizzit chat function (if accessing Twizzit from a browser, go to "Messages"). 
  • 3 lines icon ('Hamburger button')
    Click on this icon (bottom right corner) and Twizzit will take you to the Twizzit menu, which is explained in the section below (when accessing Twizzit from a browser, you will see the black menu shown on the left; on your phone, it will be the white menu on the right).

On the images below you can see what the Twizzit menu looks like on your PC and on your mobile device. (To display the menu on your mobile device, click on the 3 lines icon at the bottom right-hand corner of your home screen.)

  • Home (= start screen / house icon in the mobile app)
    Clicking on 'Home' will display the Twizzit home screen (described in the section above) where you will find the latest CNCE news.
  • Planning (= agenda icon in the mobile app)
    This item takes you to the club agenda where all CNCE events will be displayed. (Depending on your role in the club (e.g. club member, skipper, volunteer), you will see more or fewer activities in your agenda.
    Participants of an activity can see the list of participants for an event they are signed up to (as well as any groups that they are members of, e.g. 'Dinghy sailors'): at the top of the agenda of activities, go to the tab 'Groups'. Under 'My groups', select the group of your choice. Select the tab 'Info'. The list of participants/members of the selected group will be displayed.
  • Messages (in the mobile app: balloon icon at the bottom of your start page)
    You can chat with other Twizzit users. Click on 'Add conversation' (on PC) or on the green + button (in the mobile app) to start a new chat with one or several other sailors.
    NOTE: to receive chat messages in the app only (not as emails), go to 'Settings and preferences' in the main menu, then to the section 'A new message is received' where you can deactivate the notifications to your email address. This is recommended, as email forwarding of chat messages may be unreliable.
  • Subscriptions & purchases
    Here you will find the CNCE activities that you have booked / the forms that you have filled out. Depending on your role in the club, you may see different forms.
  • Contact details
    This is the place to check & update your personal details: to modify your details, click on the little arrow on the right-hand side of the field that you want to change.
