Welcome to the third edition of EuroPerfusion in Athens!

 

Binding registration for the EuroPerfusion 2025 congress & SimLab

 

The EuroPerfusion 2025 congress will take place on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 October 2025 at the Athens Conservatoire in Athens, Greece.

Registration Fees

  • EBCP members with an active membership pay € 100 per day and benefit from a discounted rate of €25 per day.
    (The discount is only applied automatically when you select your Twizzit contact while logged in during checkout.)
  • Non-members pay €125 per day.
  • SimLab sessions require an additional fee of €50 per session. By registering for at least one SimLab session, your Friday congress Day access is included as a discount as part of the SimLab benefit.
  • The Friday Evening Social Event (networking, drinks and cocktail dinner) is available as an optional add-on for €25.

Important Notes

  • This registration form can be submitted only once per participant. Please review your selections carefully before completing your registration. You are unable to adjust your booking afterwards.
  • If incorrect information is provided during registration (e.g., selecting the EBCP member rate without an active membership), your registration will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed by EBCP.
  • No on-site registration available.
  • No cancellations or changes can be made after submission.
  • SimLab tickets are limited.
  • Make sure to scan your ticket upon entry each day to receive EBCP points. No points can be awarded without proper attendance tracking.
  • In the weeks following the congress, you will automatically receive your Certificate of Attendance by email.
  • For third-party registrations (e.g. registering on behalf of someone else), please contact the organisation in advance.
  • Registration will close on 20 October 2025 at 23:59 (CET).

How to choose your Friday ticket:

There are two types of Friday tickets available:

Friday Day Ticket with SimLab
Choose this option if you want to attend one or more SimLab sessions on Friday.
This ticket is included as part of your SimLab registration, but please note:

  • You must select at least one SimLab ticket in the next step.
  • Each SimLab ticket costs €50.
    (The Friday registration fee is waived as a SimLab benefit)

 

Friday Day Ticket without SimLab

Choose this option if you are not planning to attend any SimLab sessions on Friday.

  • ECCP members and students: €100
  • Non-members: €125

(Discount is applied automatically for logged-in EBCP members and when you searched your EBCP membership above the name section)

Friday Evening Ticket

Wrap up the first day of EuroPerfusion with an informal cocktail dinner and drinks. This social evening is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow perfusionists, speakers, and exhibitors in a welcoming atmosphere.

During the social event, our Platinum and Gold Sponsors will present their companies and highlight their latest products and innovations.

We highly encourage you to join this evening to expand your network and make the most of your EuroPerfusion experience.

Saturday Ticket

Join us on Saturday for a full day of engaging lectures, expert panels and interactive sessions focused on the future of perfusion and clinical innovation.

Your ticket includes:

  • Access to all Saturday scientific sessions
  • Coffee, tea, fruit and snacks throughout the day
  • A light lunch served on-site

Pricing:

  • ECCP members and students: €100
  • Non-members: €125
