As every year, we'll hit the mountain for a week of sport, fun and joyfulness.
For our 14th edition, our friends from Sport Ardent (Liège) will be joining us.
Once again we tried to find a good deal for our (growing) team!
Our Winter Sport Week is the moment to touch the snow and enjoy outdoor activities all together in a beautiful landscape.
There will be time for delicious local food, a sauna to unwind, some parties and evenings full of laughter, connection, and warmth.
Whether you're here to carve your first turns or simply soak up the mountain vibes, this trip is made for us — for queer joy, chosen family, community, and play.
A full week of fun, 7 nights in the mountain, 6 days on the slopes. We're out of the peak season and school holidays, so there is no queue at the lift and a lot of quietness on the snow.
Les Deux Alpes is one of the highest ski resorts in Europe, offering extensive slopes and glacier skiing at altitudes reaching over 3,500 meters. The resort is known for its lively atmosphere, modern lift system, and wide variety of runs suitable for beginners, intermediates, and advanced skiers alike. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, visitors can enjoy activities such as mountain biking, ice skating, and vibrant après-ski nightlife throughout the year. Surrounded by dramatic Alpine scenery, Les Deux Alpes combines reliable snow conditions with a dynamic village experience that attracts international travelers every season.
Everyone is welcome, whether your a good skier or a total beginner, whether you want to ski, snowboard, hike, climb or just relax. If you're not a BGS nor Sport Ardent member yet, no worries, we will welcome you as a new member for the season.
We can once again propose you a very competitive all-in price for a full board accommodation in double room, including skipass and skiequipment.
We also organise transport from Brussels for an additional 300€ (estimation).

When is the trip?
From Saturday, March 6, 2027 to Saturday, March 13, 2027.
Where are we going?
We’re heading to Les 2 Alpes, located in the beautiful Southern Alps of France.
How do we get there?
We offer a transportation package from and to Brussels by train (exact details to be confirmed):
- Outbound (Saturday 06/03): Brussels to Les 2 Alpes (train + shuttle)
- Return (Saturday 13/03): Les 2 Alpes to Brussels (shuttle + train)
Estimated price: around 300€ (to be confirmed once bookings open).
You prefer to travel independently? You’re free to organize your own journey—we encourage carpooling.
I’ve never skied (or barely). Can I come?
Absolutely. All experience levels are welcome. Each year, many total beginners join us. If it’s your first time skiing, we highly recommend signing up for lessons—it will make your experience more enjoyable.
I don’t ski and don’t want to. Can I still join?
Yes. Non-skiers are welcome and can enjoy winter hiking or simply relaxing in a beautiful alpine environment. Snowboarders typically join ski groups that match their level. More info: https://www.les2alpes.com/winter/discover/endless-activities/
What ski levels are available?
Participants range from absolute beginners to advanced off-piste skiers. You’ll easily find people to ski with based on your level and goals—especially during the welcome gathering on the first evening.
I’m not sure this trip is for me. Why should I consider it?
A ski week is much more than just skiing. Here’s what many people enjoy:

Can we join as a couple?
Of course! However, you must register via this form separately, and we’ll make sure to place you in the same room when rooming assignments are made.
Who will I share a room with?
A few weeks before departure, we’ll organize a meet-and-greet where you can indicate your preferred roommate. If you don’t know anyone yet, this is a great opportunity to meet others. If you already know someone, just mention a name in the form (now or later).
We'll stay at the Villages Clubs du Soleil (VCS) venue of Les 2 Alpes, located in the zone 1800 section of the village. We have stayed multiple times at Villages Clubs du Soleil in other resorts, we know it's always a good value for money. The venue offers:
- An outdoor sauna
- A large sunny terrasse
- An on-site bar and restaurant
- Mountain views and cozy social areas

How great is the ski resort?
Les 2 Alpes is a large, high-altitude French resort offering 220km of slopes and a highly reliable snowpack, thanks to a skiable glacier that reaches 3,600 meters and allows for year-round skiing.
Advanced skiers can enjoy:
- A day trip to Alpe d'Huez (up to 2 days included in your skipass)
- A chance to explore the iconic La Grave for more off-piste adventure
- A day trip to further domains such as Serre Chevalier and Montgenèvre (1 day included in your skipass)

How far is the hotel from the slopes?
The hotel is located 100m from the slopes. A free shuttle is also available from the hotel up to the front de neige.
Are there activities at night?
Absolutely! The holiday club hosts evening activities every night—think quizzes, karaoke, shows, blind tests, and parties (mostly in French).
We’ll also organize some après-ski moments and suggest a night out or two. Got cool ideas for extra activities? Share them with the coordinators—we love input!
If you want to relax after the slopes, the nearby new aquatic center offers an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi.
What about the food?
The hotel offers generous buffet-style meals with plenty of variety. Here's what to expect:

Lunch (included): 12:00 – 1:00 PM

The total cost depends on the options you choose—but a full week in a double room, including half-board, ski pass, and equipment rental, comes to 940€ per person (all prices below and in the form are per person).

Payment Timeline
Payments are made in two steps:
- €400 deposit to confirm your reservation
- Remaining balance by 31/12/2026 (You’re welcome to spread your payments gradually, e.g. 100€ per month, as long at the full amount is paid by that date).
You will receive an email reminder for each payment deadline.
Bookings as from 01 December 2026:
The full amount is due upfront.

As such, BGS and Sport Ardent do not provide the services, protections, or guarantees of a travel agency.
- Before 15/09/2026, we will fully refund the down payment and any additonal payments you have made.
- Before 31/01/2027, even if you have not fully paid your participation, the total amount is due (as we will have taken commitment with our providers) unless:
- you find a replacement, that person will take your place and refund you (fully or partially, according to the agreement you find)
- you cannot find a replacement, but we do, you will be refunded the total amount minus a 50€ cancellation fee and minus the options the replacement will not subscribe to (unless we can cancel them costfree at our partner).
- the refund policies of our partners for each of the options you selected still allow some cancellation (this varies for each option, minus a 50€ cancellation fee on the total)
- After 31/01/2027, even if you have not fully paid your participation, the total amount is due (as we will have taken commitment with our providers) unless:
- you find a replacement, that person will take your place and refund you (fully or partially, according to the agreement you find)
- you cannot find a replacement, but we do, you will be refunded the total amount minus a 330€ cancellation fee and minus the options the replacement will not subscribe to (unless we can cancel them costfree at our partner).
- Everyone can contribute to the success of the trip and all initiatives are welcome. Everyone is encouraged to share theirs plans, ideas, tips with everyone.
- We are inclusive and respect everyone. We break the ice, go and talk with others, we do not make subgroups nor leave anyone on the side.
- We maintain positivity. If you have issues with other participants, our partners or anyone else, we handle it with calm and respect. Any aggressivity is totally forbidden.

The trip price is €940 in double room, full-board, including skipass and equipment rental. You can adapt your options below. Members of a group or couple must register separately. Note that this is an early bird price and we can only guarantee it for the first 110 participants.
We have double and single rooms with en-suite bathroom. The number of single rooms is very limited. We will grant them by order of request.
You will be able to tell who you want to be paired with in the bedroom below or a few weeks before departure.
You don't have/know any roommate yet? No worries, a few weeks before departure, we’ll organize a meet-and-greet where you will get the opportunity to meet others. And if by any chance you're still missing one before departure, we will match you with some one.
We are currently sold-out but please register on our waiting list if you are interested in joining the trip.
We might be able to negociate more rooms with the venue and we also have cancellations every year. So there is some chances you can join.
The waiting list is not binding and you don't have to pay anything; we'll contact you as soon as we have a spot for you (by order of registration).
Your roommate won't automatically be registered. S·he must register separately through this very same form.

Lessons are given by professionnal instructors in English and French. Participants will be grouped by their level on the first day, from absolute beginner to advanced. The group sizes may vary according to the number of participants registered in each level. You can register to this option later (up to 3 weeks before the trip).
Skipass is mandatory for any ski/snowboard activity. The pass is for 6 days from Sunday to Friday on the full Les 2 Alpes domain.
Within the 6 days of your pass, you can spend 2 day at Alpe d'Huez ski resort, 1 day at Puy Saint Vincent, 1 day at Serre-Chevalier and 1 day at Montgenèvre - la Voie Lactée.

The equipment rental is included in your room price but you can also bring your equipment. Lockers are available for all at the hotel.
Easy and comfortable, ideal for beginner and intermediate.
Catchy all-mountain skis, recommended if you have some experience and want to explore a bit of power. Additional cost to be paid at the venue directly.
Premium high-performance equipment for advanced skiers/snowboarders. Additional cost to be paid at the venue directly.
Most of us will be skiing or snowboarding, but you might want to do something else, whether for one afternoon or for multiple days. If we see common interest in one of those, we will let you know so you can plan something together.
Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. For lunch, most participants eat on the mountain, if you don't want to come back to the hotel, you are free to pack some food in the morning for a picnic or enjoy food at the many mountain restaurant (at your own cost for this last option).
We are organizing a train transport option to and from Brussels. The exact details and price are not confirmed yet (estimated at around €300 ±50), but we’ll keep you informed. The train is a more expensive option, but it offers greater comfort.
If you plan to drive, keep in mind that Les 2 Alpes is quite a long journey. We recommend carsharing—please indicate below if you have free seats available. The hotel offers an indoor parking (paying).

BGS has taken out an insurance policy with Ethias for this trip at a price of €16 per person. The general terms and conditions of ‘Ethias Assistance - Travel abroad’ are available in French or in Dutch. The policy covers medical expenses including assistance on or off the ski slopes and repatriation if necessary (policy No. 45.529.752).
Check your insurances as you might already be covered by a personal yearly travel coverage or by your employer. If you want to contract a yearly travel insurance, you can check online via Touring, Europe Assistance, Ethias or any other insurance company.
