Welcome to the subscription page for the adult mixed, women and open indoor championships! Each Championship has it's own subscription deadline (see bellow) and it's own competition dates. So check these dates carefully and communicate them thoroughly to your teams.

Team fees:
Women, Open & Mixed: 140€ exl. VAT

U14 & U17: 120€ exl. 21% VAT
U20: 80€ exl. 21% VAT
U9 & U11: 20€ exl. 21% VAT
Women: 20€ excl. 21% VAT

Subscription Deadline:

Mixed: 1 October
Women & Open: 8 October

U14 & U17 & U20: 6 October
U9 & U11 & Women: 17 December
Until 7 days after deadline possible to subscribe, with an added fee to the team fee of €20.

Age categories:

  • U9:  born in or after 2019
  • U11: born in or after 2017
  • U14: born in or after 2014
  • U17: born in or after 2011
  • U20: born in or after 2008


Format:

  • U9 :  3vs3 
  • U11: 3vs3 - Beginners/Intermediate/Advanced
  • U14: 4vs4
  • U17: 5vs5
  • U20: 5vs5
  • Women: U14 4vs4, U17 & U20: 5vs5

Team Fee Deadline:
Your treasurer will receive an invoice after the subscription deadline with a payment deadline of 14 days.

Subscription Overview: 

*Too late for the deadline: send an e-mail to belgianultimatechampionships@gmail.com if there are still places available you will be allowed to join the championship.
** New teams will start at the bottom of the ranking in the order of time of subscription
