The Brussels Games are much more than just a sports event. We are firmly committed to ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for everyone.
The Outreach Program is a financial support offered by BGS upon request. It is designed to facilitate the participation of individuals who may struggle to join us. This includes people from countries where the LGBTQIA+ community faces discrimination, as well as those who may not have the financial means to cover the costs associated with participation. The goal of the program is to promote inclusivity, ensure equal access, and foster a diverse and welcoming environment within the Brussels Games community.
Thank you for your request to benefit from the outreach programme.
To make things easier for you and to avoid losing your place or being put on a waiting list, we will not ask for any payment at this stage, however, you must complete this form and complete the null payment to have your registration processed, and thus your application to the outreach programme.
That said, please note that this doesn’t mean your request has already been approved. Each application is carefully reviewed by the BGS board. Once a decision has been made, the organisers will contact you directly by email with the outcome.
We process requests in monthly waves. This means that depending on the date of your registration, you may need to wait until the next committee meeting before receiving a final response.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, we truly appreciate it.
As part of our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and representation, we are offering a 15% discount to all participants who identify as Woman and/or FLINTA* (Woman, Lesbian, Intersex, Non binary, Trans, Agender, and others).
This initiative is one step toward counterbalancing the structural inequalities still present in sport & patriarchal society.
This year again, we’re bringing you a full weekend of badminton excitement!

This year, inspired by your feedback and guided by ecological consciousness, we’re shaking things up.
No more welcome bags. No more generic goodies. And honestly? We think you’ll love what comes next.
Instead, we’ve prepared a real surprise.
To celebrate 35 fabulous years of BGS and the 26th edition of the Brussels Games, we teamed up with a local queer artist, Matteo alias lion_ascendant_connasse — a true icon in the drag world, renowned for designing stunning pieces you may have admired on the RuPaul’s Drag Race franchise and a badminton player, member of BGS.
Together, we created an exclusive commemorative T-shirt, designed especially for this edition and nowhere else.
Branded Stanley/Stella, this gender-neutral T-shirt is made from 100% organic, GOTS-certified cotton, combining sustainability, comfort, and high-quality craftsmanship.
This T-shirt is far more than a garment:
it’s a wearable piece of art, a statement, and a lasting souvenir of the energy, the community, and the magic of the 26th Brussels Games.
Note the real cost of the T-Shirt is 20€. BGS is covering the remaining 10€ as the Welcome gift.
After two days of sport, connection and powerful emotions, it’s time for the grand finale.
Join us at Claridge (Brussels) for the Brussels Games Closing Party, a vibrant night where nearly 1,000 athletes, volunteers, members and friends come together on one dance floor.

Continue your Lazy Sunday with a journey through Brussels’ LGBTQI+ history
Departing directly from the Brunch venue, this 1h30 guided tour is organised in partnership with L-Tour.
L-Tour creates lesbian and rainbow walking tours that highlight the history "herstory and history" of LGBTQI+ communities in Brussels. Through inspiring personalities and collective movements (lesbian, gay, bi, trans, intersex and more), you’ll discover the stories that shaped the city and our communities.
- Two time slots available (1h30 each)
- Departure from the Brunch location
A cultural, empowering and vibrant way to close your Brussels Games weekend.
Pay attention to the schedule.
You must arrive early enough at the Brunch to have enough time to eat before joining the Queer tour!
